I.overview,
ZDJ - 110 type pipe vacuum system cooling device mainly with plastic extruder, finalize the design mode, tractor, cutting machine, flip stack supporting device, used in the production of from 50-110 mm in diameter of PVC plastic pipe products, the machine main function is: from the mold out of molten pipe billet, under the condition of vacuum, spray the blank shape for tubing.

IV.installation,
1. No special foundation is required for the installation of this machine, and the general cement floor is ok. It is placed on the same line with the main engine and auxiliary machine and the guide rail is flattened.
The center is then tuned to be roughly the same as the host center.
2. Connect the outside water supply with a hose, and the hose should be reserved with a certain length to ensure the 600mm forward and backward movement distance of the box.
3. Connect the discharge port to the discharge port of the workshop with a hose.
4. Connect the power supply.
V. debugging and use
1. Switch on the power and water source, adjust the position of the float ball so that the water level is basically level with the bottom of the box, open the vacuum pump water refill valve, and try whether the pump and vacuum pump turn correctly.
Power on after confirmation.
2. When starting up, pull the tube billet to the box body first, and then open the pump and vacuum pump (the vacuum pump water supply valve should be opened before the true pump is opened). After the pipe is out of the box, adjust the true air conditioning valve and adjust the vacuum to -0.02 to 0.03Mpa.
At the same time, the water replenishment is controlled by the float ball, so that the water level remains at the originally adjusted water level.
3. Turn off the vacuum pump first and then turn off the pump, and then close all water inlet valves.
VI. Maintenance and maintenance
1. Check whether the nozzle is blocked before use, and clean the foreign body in the box and the filter net in the pass-through filter.
2. Add grease to the thread and bearing of adjusting mechanism.
3. No water spatter on electrical components.
4. In case of shutdown in freezing weather, the water in the water storage tank, pump and vacuum pump should be kept clean to prevent the pump from freezing and cracking.
